Terms and Conditions

• Check-in: 3 PM. – 7 PM. (Any customer who cannot check-in before 7 PM. Have to inform in advance to maintain your right to stay.)
• Check-out: 11 AM. (Late check-out charge 500 baht per hour/person***Late check out deadline is before 12 am.***)
• Pets of any kind are not allowed.
• Shoes are not allowed in the rooms.
• Kitchen equipment, audio equipment, food and beverages of any kind are not allowed to bring into the property.
• Smoking is not allowed in the room (Violators fined 2,500 baht)
• The room rate is included breakfast only or all inclusive, depends on the customer’s selection of booking in details prior to booking.
• The booking will be processed only after we have received the payment or proof within 8 hours and you will get a confirmation E-mail within 24 hours. Please find the E-mail in Spam/Junk folder or contact us urgently to confirm your reservation in another channel.
• Able to pay for the room as a 50% deposit (In case of deposit payment, no refunds will be issued in all cases of cancellation. Unless postpone the date of stay and it has to be notified 1 week in advance)
• No cancellation case, only scrolling is allowed and it has to be notified 1 week in advance.
