Booking and accommodation terms and conditions
- Check-in: 3 PM. – 7 PM. (Any customer who cannot check-in before 7 PM. Have to inform in advance to maintain your right to stay.)
- Check-out: 11 AM. (Late check-out charge 500 baht per hour/person***Late check out deadline is before 12 am.***)
- Prices shown do not include any bank or payment channel fees. Customers must pay for them by themselves and include them in the room rate.
- No pets of any kind are allowed to stay without permission.
- All types of kitchenware are not allowed in the accommodation. Glass bottles of drinks must be taken home with trash. Violators will be fined 50 baht per bottle (you can bring your own fresh food).
- Smoking is not allowed outside the designated area (violators will be fined 2,500 baht).
- Do not make noise after 10:00 PM onwards (in case of loud noise, after 3 warnings, each person will be fined 5,000 baht or asked to leave the accommodation without conditions)
- You can pay a 50% deposit for the room (in case of paying the deposit, if there is a cancellation, it will not be refunded in any case)
- Reservation will be processed only after we receive payment or proof within 12 hours and must receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a booking details email in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us urgently to confirm your booking via other channels.

Cancellation terms and conditions
- 80% refund on 2 months advance notice (Only apply for full amount payment)
- 50% refund 1 month advance notice (Only apply for full amount payment)
- 20% refund 1 week advance notice (Only apply for full amount payment)
- Deposit payment of the accommodation at 50% will not be refunded in all cases
- Changing the check-in date will be charged an additional 10% of the total amount for changing fee, only apply for the case of notification 1 week before the check in date and additional 20% will be charged in case of notification less than 1 week)
